I'm a wife, mother and fitness enthusiast in rural Illinois. I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and married into the quaint town of Saint Rose when I met my hardworking (and handsome!) husband. We live on his family's farm and we enjoy raising our two girls to love all things Fitness and Farming.
My Passion
My passion is to help people find their own unique path to a sustainable health and fitness lifestyle. I have been all the sizes and tried all the things and it was not until I found healthy, practical and feasible methods of fitness that I was able to make a permanent lifestyle change. My job - and JOY - is to help my clients find those things for themselves and watch their lives change.
